Salad can be used as a starter and as a side dish. It consists mostly out of salad-vegetables. There are also some salads that can be used as main dish, for example the 'Cesar Salad'.

Pearsalad With Walnuts is a wonderful salad. The sweet-and-sour taste with a bit of Parmesan is really good. All of my friends persist on that salad when they are invited. ;) Your Anton Nolf jun.
