quince-liquor

Ingredients:
 quincessugarhard liquor (made from corn)
 bitter almondscinnamoncoriander
 cream

What you have to do:
Shortly heat up the cream.
Clean the quinces with a coth,
then grind them and place them in the basement for 24 hours.
Now squeeze them through a piece of cloth and boil up the juice.
For 1 l of juice, add 350 g sugar and let it boil.
Let it cool off, and add as much hard liquor as juice.
Now add 10 g peeled bitter almonds, 5 g of cinnamon and 10 g of the coriander for each liter of the mixture.
Fill the liquor into clean bottles and let them "develop" in a sunny spot for 3-4 weeks.
After that, the liquor should be filtrated and kept in a cool spot.
